Use the Google account that owns or manages the business. Access follows your Google Business Profile: if the owner has added you there as an owner or manager, you are in — nothing to set up here.

Use a password instead. An owner can set one with pnpm db:set-password <email> <password>. This does not grant access on its own — the Google Business Profile still decides what you can see.
